Sleep pillows hops and lavender extract

Loose hops are an ancient well known remedy to help promote a good nights sleep.

Hops can be used on their own or mixed with lavender and put into a cotton or muslin pouch then placed beneath your pillows to help you go off to sleep.

Lavender has a beautiful aroma and can be added with hops to make your pillow have a lovely fragrence and also aid sleep.
